“Since 2011, EOT has been a valued and integral part of our staff training. All prospective counselors-returning and rookie-are required to view four EOT modules prior to our in-person training. By viewing their results from my Director Dashboard, I can focus my onsite training on areas in which staff are struggling. This pre-season assignment also helps us weed out prospective staff who do not take the job of counselor seriously. Applicants who do not complete their EOT assignment are dropped.
